Atsuko was born in Osaka.
←Ever since she was a baby, her inherent recklessness has been remarkable.
While in high school, her nickname was Achan-stasia (after Cinderella’s mean sister), and when she worked for a bank, she was called Miss Photogenic or She-Devil with a halo. These comments sum up that she seems nice and charming if she doesn't say anything.
In 2005 in Kyoto, she overcame her long-held aversion to sea cucumber (namako); now she can eat every possible food in sight. And she drinks almost any alcohol other than methyl.

Mitsuyo was born in Osaka. She moved to Nagoya at age 6. On her first day at school there, a classmate said to her, "Tawake." She didn't understand what that Nagoya expression meant, so she went home and asked her mom, who said "That means 'idiot'!" orz...
After overcoming some initial challenges, she became a full Nagoya-jin, fluent in Nagoya-ben, quite content with her newly adopted Nagoya life. But 6 years later, her family situation forced her to move back to Osaka. By that time, she had completely forgotten Osaka-ben and was ridiculed for her Nagoya accent by some of her classmates. But she met some very nice Osakan friends and eventually evolved back into a full Osaka-jin. :)
By age 6, she had moved 4-5 times. She attended 3 elementary schools and 3 junior high schools. This trauma trained her to adapt to new environments, but also perhaps made her restless. Even after she grew up, she kept moving. She even moved to the U.S.!
Even in the U.S., she kept wandering and has lived in various parts of the U.S. (And now she's ready to move to another country.)
Her cultural identity is Osakan rather than Japanese, with an American influence. She's fluent in Osaka-ben, fake Kanto-ben and American and also speaks some Spanish and Nagoya-ben.
Mitsuyo is a true kuidaore or gourmand (based on the volume she consumes). She believes her last day on earth will result from overeating either at a depachika or a hawker center in Southeast Asia. She also likes to travel (to eat). She's been to 40 countries and 30 US states.
